Using this website

This website has been designed to provide the following:

  1. Technical resource for cross referencing the genuine filter housing or element number to the SCS alternate filter element part number using the search function.
  2. On line ordering for 24/7 service, therefore orders can be placed outside SCS normal business hours.
  3. Stock holdings of particular products (guide only). Click on the manufacturer’s part number and this will take you to another screen where more details can be found including stock status.
  4. SCS Complete Product Range and Prices. The prices on the website are list prices and subject to your normal discounts (exception is refrigerated dryers which are a nett buy price). Register as a customer and login as a customer and your nett buy price will be shown per product.
  5. Photographs and PDF files for most products on the website.
  6. We have not listed filter housings with multiple elements; you will need to contact us for pricing, quantity of elements and our part numbers to suit these.

Log In Procedure

First Time Visitor

You will need to click on the “NEW ACCOUNT” button just under the SCS logo. This will then take you to the sign up screen, which requires you to fill in your details in all the boxes marked with a *. Once all the boxes have been filled in then press “ACCOUNT SIGN UP”. This will load your details to a secure part of our database. We will then advise you by return email that your discount rate has been allocated to your log in details.

Visitors with a LOG IN account

Go to the “YOUR ACCOUNT” button and press this button. This will then take you to the account log in page, where you will need to go to the section of “PLEASE LOGIN”. Here you will enter your email address and password and then press login. The database will recognise your details and then you can proceed to either shop or browse and your nett buy price (exclusive of GST) will be shown for your selected products.

Search Function

You can search by housing part number or by the replacement element part number to find the SCS equivalent part number. The database is very specific so they correct part number must be entered otherwise you search result may not be found. For instance, if you have a domnick hunter housing number of AO0030G, it cannot be entered with any spaces. If you enter it as AO 0030G it will not be found, but you can search as an AO but this will give you all results with this prefix. We have used wherever possible the part number as per the original filter manufacturers catalogue details.

For additional information about the stock levels of individual items, you need to click on the “RED” manufacturer’s part number. This will go to another page and display these further details.
