Should you require credit or replacement of any products purchased, SCS requires the following information before we can process your returns request.
Contact should be made with our sales office BEFORE returning any products.
The reason for the return request and delivery docket/invoice number must be stated when making your returns request.
SCS Filtration Pty Ltd will review your request for returns and if accepted issue you with a returns authority number.
Returns authority number must be accompanied with goods when returning back to SCS Filtration Pty Ltd
SCS Filtration Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee. You will be advised of the fee when receiving your returns authority.
If the reason for return is due to a faulty product a replacement will be sent out immediately.
If requested by our sales office, the faulty item MUST be returned to SCS Filtration Pty Ltd for inspection by our technical sales team. No credit will be issued until the faulty product is received by us.
On inspection of the product it is found to be faulty, a full credit will be given for the cost of the faulty product. If it is deemed not to be faulty, SCS Filtration reserves the right to return the product to you and the standard freight charge will be incurred on the resending of product. No credit will be issued for the original return in this case.
If a non stocked/special product is ordered, SCS WILL NOT accept return of the product unless authorised in writing by the General Manager. We will advise you at the time of receiving your purchase order if the product being ordered is in this category and therefore not returnable.
If non returnable products are confirmed by us to be faulty, then replacement/s will be given, but a lead time for replacement may apply.
